Voting Explained
Votes are collected via the website, comment slips and newspaper comment forms, so the position of venues on the website is not a true indication of the current positions in this year's awards, rather an indication of how people are voting on the website.
On the website
Click the vote button next to your favourite venue. Then fill out the form with your name and email address if you would like to be entered in the Pink in Prague 2009 prize draw. If you just want to vote then simply click the 'Vote Now' button and your details will not be kept for the prize draw.
Comment slips
Many of the venues taking part will have venue slips and ballot boxes. You can fill these in adding comments and then put the slip into the box.
Coventry Telegraph
Every fortnight there will be a feature on the awards in the Coventry Telegraph, Bedworth Echo, Nuneaton Tribune, Warwick Times, Leamington Times and Rugby Times. This will include the opportunity to vote via a comment form in the newspaper. Again these entries will go into the competition prize draw for a pair of tickets to see Pink in Prague 2009.
Deadlines:
All voting will close at midnight on 30 September 2009 and vote counting will take place on 1 October 2009.
