Monkeys everywhere - that is everyone's enduring memory of probably the best zoo in the country to see these wonderful creatures. One of the major British zoos - it attracts over 450,000 visitors a year - Twycross occupies over 40 acres and is set in open countryside. Three quarters of the animals housed at Twcross are endangered and it is hard to underestimate the importance of their work in lookiing after our brothers and sisters in the animal world. Totally fabulous and very, very special.
