Easily the best atmosphere of any Balti this side of India, the Castle offers truly great food and a twist - as much booze as you can drink (needless to say you bring your own - and the lemons). One sure fire test of a great restaurant is to count the number of patrons at 6:30pm during the week. More often than not, the Castle is stuffed to capacity. Ergo greatness simply does not go far enough. Enough said.
