Nominated for its laid back bar feel and cafe culture, The Lounge brims with the kind of magic atmosphere that happens only when you get the bar, customers, music and style just right and its not an easy thing to achieve. Making a bar work in the highly competitive Leamington scenee particularly in a prime Parade site more often associated with the big chain pubs, was always going to be a tough call. The bar is interestingly shaped but the effect is to create both large and small scale intimacy splicing off from a core drinks space dramatic and dynamic (especially at night). Its the service though that ultimately makes The Lounge shine. In a scene already replete with every style, shape, form and vision of the perfect bar, it is always going to be people that emake it happen. And happen it does. This is a place to see and be seen, to inspire and be inspired. The Lounge says what it does in its name creates a [very classy] city meeting place.
