This restaurant-pub is placed in a recently and lovingly refurbished old building. It comprises a nice bar area (where you can have a drink and also your dinner, in winter warmed by a cosy log fire), a nice restaurant, and, in the summer, you can sit in the lawned beer garden at the back. The food is good and imaginative, and the staff puts in that little extra effort to make you feel welcome. There is an excellent choice of beers including guest beers more often than not from the Warwickshire Beer Company. The building has many nooks and crannies in it's half timbered make-up that it's more than easy to find a space to yourself. It is in a pretty location too, opposite a lovely old church.
