RULES
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Eligibility
All entrants must be aged 18 or over. Any employees of and or contractors engaged by CV1, Mercia, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the Competition.
Prize
The prize is a pair of tickets to see Pink play at the O2 in Prague on 19th November 2009. Winners shall be bound by and comply with the location / venue promoter’s terms and conditions together with those set out on the ticket and the rules and regulations of the venue. Neither Mercia nor CV1 can accept responsibility in the event of the concert not taking place on the scheduled day.
The prize includes accommodation provided by Hilton hotels on a room only basis on 18th and 19th November, and return flights to Prague from Birmingham, departing Birmingham on 18th Nov, and returning on 20th Nov 09. Winners must be holders of a valid UK passport, and must be aware of, and fulfil, the terms and conditions of Ryan Air, which are listed below. All airport taxes are included. The winners will only incur a charge if they wish to check in baggage. For reference, these are the Ryan Air terms and conditions regarding their flights:
- Passengers will not be allocated with a ticket, as Ryanair.com is a “ticketless” airline. A booking reference will be issued upon flight confirmation. This must be quoted for online check-in or produced at the airport check-in.
- All passengers must present valid photo identification to check-in for all flights. For a list of acceptable & valid photo identification please view our terms and conditions at www.ryanair.com
- All normal Ryanair terms and conditions will apply once the reservation has been confirmed. These terms and conditions can be viewed at www.ryanair.com
- Passengers must pay all applicable taxes, fees and charges for the route chosen.
- No child discounts are permitted. Infants travel for £20/€20 per one way flight.
- Ryanair cannot guarantee that a seat will be available on an individual flight even if the flight route/date is included in the promotion.
- Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance. It is recommended that passengers take out suitable travel insurance. Ryanair’s excellent value travel insurance product is available on www.ryanairtravelinsurance.com.
- Ryanair accepts no responsibility or liability for hotel accommodation.
- Ryanair accepts no responsibility for third party products derived from Hertz, Ryanair hotels, Activity Breaks or Tourist Boards.
- Transfer to onwards destinations are not the responsibility of either Ryanair or the Hotel. Passengers must organise their own transfers as they see fit.
- Bus/transfer service are the sole responsibility of the relevant bus/transfer companies. Ryanair shall not be held responsible for late or cancelled buses/taxis or flights that are missed as a result of delayed/non-arrival of buses/taxis.
- Ryanair reserve the right to vary any of the terms and conditions of this offer at their absolute discretion.
- Ryanair cannot be responsible for those passengers who are unable to make a booking on the Internet as indicated in the promotional text.
- Ryanair reserves the right to withdraw or to amend this offer without notice at its sole discretion at any point in the future.
There is no cash alternative to the prize listed above.
